Product Designer
Climate & energy data platform for banks. As the only product designer at the company I was responsible for our entire product surface: our analyst dashboard, white-label data collection application, and the company website.
Designed a color system that turns any single input color into a fully accessible interface theme, letting clients create branded, trustworthy experiences without needing design skills. The hard part was keeping results accessible yet still feeling on-brand. Landed on a simple OKLCH-based palette that pulls it off from one input color.
Created Hemma's first design system. At startup scale this was as much about timing as the system itself. My shot came when engineering unified our two products into one app to simplify how data moved between them, a big enough lift that a proper design system could ride along without competing for roadmap space. Built it flexible enough to serve both a data-heavy dashboard and a consumer-facing app.
E-sports infrastructure platform that helps event organizers and game developers make competitive gaming accessible to all players. I was a product designer in a team of three, working mainly on the social & community features.
Worked on two areas of the platform: the social feed, and Spaces, the hub where organizers ran tournaments and built communities. On the feed, I refreshed the UI and sat with engineering to tweak the content algorithm and nudge people back more often. On Spaces, I designed early concepts for a premium tier aimed at brands and larger gaming organizations, while the business team tested them directly with prospects, feeding results back for another round.
Initiated and coordinated the switch from Sketch to Figma boosting efficiency within the design team and easing collaboration with other teams.
Visual marketing SaaS used by e‑commerce brands to gather, curate, and showcase user-generated content (UGC).
Worked together with engineering to audit our design and front-end, which had drifted: inconsistent UI, components rebuilt from scratch more than once, no shared source of truth between Figma and code. Set clear rules and built a proper system, reusable components, established patterns, real single source of truth. It paid off fast: once the rules were in place, we were able to start working on the HiFi designs for Ratings & Reviews using the new system.
Took Flowbox's Ratings & Reviews product from initial research & user interviews through to MVP. The team aligned quickly on scope, both the shopper-facing widgets and the backoffice tools shop managers needed for moderation. The one real tension was going with text-only reviews at launch: Flowbox's business was built on rich UGC, but speed to real customer feedback won out over the extra engineering lift. Looking back, that's the piece I'd have pushed harder to include earlier.
Started out as a graphic designer, then quickly found my way into UI/UX and web design. This period was mostly freelance and agency work for small and medium businesses: company websites, ecommerce, real estate or booking platforms, so plenty of variety.
